How can I tell if my ship's GPS is being spoofed?

Watch for mismatches between systems. A stable GPS lock with no fluctuation in satellite count while your IMU or gyrocompass shows a completely different heading is a red flag. Also look for sudden, perfectly straight courses in historically rough seas.
