Why does my multi-constellation GNSS tracker show 'GPS OK' but provides inaccurate location data in Indian urban areas?

In dense urban environments like Mumbai or Delhi, the tracker's chipset constantly hunts between satellite constellations (GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou), consuming more power and potentially causing thermal throttling. In narrow lanes with high-rises, you get rapid series of low-quality fixes from different systems that get averaged into incorrect locations. This creates positional jitter or freezing on maps despite showing good signal status.
